I can’t understate how much this helped me walk into my new role feeling like I belonged there. Confidence creates momentum. When I feel powerful in what I’m wearing, it’s easier to step into rooms with my head held high, even when imposter syndrome creeps in. Clothes can be armour as much as self-expression, and Joana understands that deeply.
