Bookings & Deposits
An initial discovery call is offered complimentary and without obligation.
Following the discovery call, once the appropriate service or package has been agreed, an invoice will be issued. Full payment is required upfront in order to confirm your booking and secure your appointment in the diary. No dates or times will be held or confirmed until payment has been received and cleared.
For single sessions and group bookings, payment in full is required in advance and must be received before the session can be scheduled.
At my discretion, I may offer the option to split the total fee into instalments. Where instalment arrangements are agreed, all payment terms and due dates will be confirmed in writing and must be adhered to in order for services to proceed. The availability of instalment options is not guaranteed and is offered solely at my discretion.
Travel
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, travel outside a 10-mile radius from SO45 is not included in your quote and will be charged separately.
Some sessions may take place at my home in Dibden Purlieu, Southampton (to be discussed during a Discovery call).
For locations beyond the included 10-mile radius, a travel charge of 55p per mile (round trip) will apply.
If total travel time exceeds 30 minutes, a time charge of £10 will be added for each additional 15 minutes.
For travel requiring transportation by car, train, or airplane, all costs will be calculated once full journey details are confirmed and invoiced separately.
Mileage examples (round trip by car, excluding time charges, and inclusive of the complimentary first 10 miles each way):
* Southampton – Free
* Winchester – 26 miles
* Portsmouth – 52 miles
* Bournemouth – 62 miles
* Guildford – 118 miles
* Bicester Village – 158 miles
* Central London – mileage varies depending on location
Cancellations
Style Strategy Programs
If you have enrolled in a program and wish to cancel before attending any sessions, you must provide a minimum of 48 hours’ written notice prior to the scheduled first session.
Where the required notice is given and no sessions have been delivered, a refund will be issued minus a £100 administration and booking fee.
Once any session within a program has been attended, the program is deemed to have commenced and no refunds will be available.
Single Sessions & Group Bookings
For single sessions or group bookings, cancellations must be made in writing with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled session.
Where sufficient notice is given, a refund will be issued minus the applicable booking/administration fee.
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice are non-refundable.
Rescheduling
I understand that life can sometimes be unpredictable. Wherever possible, I require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to reschedule or change the date/time of an appointment.
Where this is not possible due to exceptional circumstances, two late rescheduling requests for the same session will be accommodated without charge.
Any further late rescheduling for that same session beyond the two complimentary changes will incur a £50 rescheduling fee per change.
Payments & Payment Plans
Once a service or program has been agreed, an invoice will be issued and full payment is required upfront.
For single sessions and group bookings, payment in full must be received before the appointment is confirmed.
Payment plans, allowing the total fee to be split into instalments, may be offered at my discretion. Where instalment arrangements are agreed, all payment amounts, schedules and due dates will be confirmed in writing and must be adhered to. The availability of payment plans is not guaranteed and is offered solely at my discretion
An invoice will be issued at the time of booking with full payment details and due dates.
Accepted payment methods include:
Bank transfer (BACS)
Credit or debit card (through payment links)
Cash (by prior arrangement)
All services will be charged in British Pounds (GBP) currency.
StyleHub Membership
StyleHub is a fixed-term, auto-renewing digital membership for professional women who want a wardrobe that communicates authority, individuality and ease, without the constant decision fatigue of “what to wear”.

Both options provide you with ongoing access to the StyleHub App and curated monthly lookbooks, designed to help you maximise what you already own and build a powerful, cohesive visual identity.
How the Membership Works
When you join StyleHub, you are enrolling in a fixed-term membership that renews automatically at the end of each term unless cancelled.
- Payment is taken in full at the start of each 6- or 12-month term.
- Your membership will automatically renew for the same duration at the end of your term, at the then-current rate, unless you cancel before the renewal date.
- You may cancel future renewals at any time.
- Your access to the StyleHub App and library will remain active until the end of your paid term, even if you cancel renewal.
- No refunds are issued for partially used terms.
Monthly Lookbook Delivery
Your StyleHub Lookbook will be delivered within the first seven days of each calendar month during your active membership term.
Each Lookbook is designed to help you:
- Create new outfit combinations from your existing wardrobe
- Refine your personal style with styling tips
- Align your style with your leadership identity and lifestyle
If at any point you no longer wish to receive the monthly lookbooks, you may pause ongoing content delivery. Your membership access to the app and your existing content library will remain available until the end of your paid term.
Access & Archiving
Your membership grants you access to:
- The StyleHub App
- Your personal content library
- All lookbooks delivered during your active term
At the end of your paid membership period, your account will move to archived status. You will need to download your past content unless you choose to renew.
Cancellation & Renewal
You may cancel future renewals at any time via your account or by contacting our support team.
Cancelling stops the next automatic charge.
It does not affect your current membership term, which will continue until its scheduled end date.
Digital Access & Consumer Rights
StyleHub is a digital service with immediate access to content.
By purchasing a membership via the enrolment link, you confirm that you have read and understood:
- The fixed-term and auto-renewing nature of the membership
- The delivery schedule of monthly digital content
- The cancellation and renewal terms
- The no-refund policy once access has begun
- Your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including cooling-off provisions for digital services
StyleHub Membership Trial
The StyleHub Membership Trial provides one month of access to the app and includes one personalised digital lookbook featuring 10 styled outfits at a discounted rate.
The trial is limited to one use per customer. At the end of the trial period, you will have the option to continue your membership by enrolling in a 6-month or 12-month plan. There is no obligation to proceed beyond the trial, and your access will simply end if you choose not to continue.
The trial does not automatically convert into a paid membership unless you actively choose to enrol in one of the available membership plans.
By proceeding, you consent to immediate access to the StyleHub App and digital materials and acknowledge that, once content delivery has commenced, your statutory 14-day cooling-off right is waived in accordance with UK consumer regulations.
