Terms & Conditions

By booking an appointment with me you confirm your acceptance of the following terms and conditions.

Travel:

The Travel fee is included in the service price which covers up to 10 mile radius from SO45 4BZ. Sessions can take place at my home in Dibden Purlieu, Southampton or in the comfort of your own home.

Where you need me to travel further than 10 miles from SO45, a charge of 55p per mile round trip applies.

Also, should the travel journey take more than 30 mins, a time fee of £10 applies for each additional 15 minutes.

Please check the mileage calculations on round trips travelling by car to popular shopping locations (travel time to be calculated separately). Includes the complimentary first 10 miles  each way:

• Southampton (free)
• Bournemouth 62 miles
• Winchester 26 miles
• Portsmouth 52 miles
• Guildford 118 miles
• Bicester Village 158 miles
• London Central varies

Bookings:

In order to guarantee your preferred date and time, when booking your service I require a minimum deposit for:

• Style coaching packages – 25% of the total amount
• Group bookings – 50% deposit
• Single sessions will be required a payment in full, at least 7 days prior to the session (where possible)

The remaining amount is requested to be payable as per the invoice you’ll receive at the time of booking.

Cancellations:

If you wish to cancel an existing appointment without the intent of re-booking then I require a minimum of at least 48 hours notice via email. When the respective notice is given you will be refunded your deposit minus the non-refundable fee of £60. Unfortunately, if the minimum notice is not met, no refund will be given.

Rescheduling:

Should you decide to reschedule with late notice (less than 48 hours before the start of your session), you will be given 2 free-of-charge opportunities to do so. After that a £50 fee will be applicable each time you rearrange that appointment. However, there are exceptional circumstances that will be decided with respectful discretion.

Style Parties:

 When one or more of your guests are not able to attend your Style Party you will still be charged in full.

Payment Plans:

To make my services more accessible, I offer the opportunity to split the cost of your package in affordable monthly instalments. Please check Style Packages page for further information.

Payments:

At the time of booking, you will receive an invoice with full payment details.

Acceptable methods of payment: CASH, Online Banking/BACS, Credit/Debit Card (card handling fee applies) and PAYPAL.
