Getting started is easy! Here’s what happens once you subscribe:
Onboarding + Questionnaire
After you sign up, you’ll fill out a detailed onboarding questionnaire. This helps me understand your style preferences, lifestyle needs, and any specific challenges you’re finding with your wardrobe.

Next, you’ll download my app to your phone (works on both IOS and Android), where all of your wardrobe management, outfit recommendations, and lookbooks will be conveniently organised.
Upload your wardrobe
You’ll upload photos of your current wardrobe directly into the app following simple instructions in my demo video. Once that’s completed, you can also highlight any items that are a priority, such as a new purchases or items you have hardly worn, so I can ensure these key pieces are styled into multiple outfits.
Ongoing Styling & Support
Throughout your subscription, you’ll receive personalised outfit lookbooks, and expert style tips through your app. And you can always reach out for additional styling services such as virtual fitting room or online shopping sessions through chat, email, or scheduled consultations – whatever works for you!

- What happens if I don’t have time to upload my entire wardrobe?
In order to maximise the benefits of this membership, I would recommend setting aside 1-2 hours (depending the size of your wardrobe) to take photos of your clothes. If you’re time-restricted, you might want to either consider uploading items by season, OR book me* to personally scan the items on your behalf.
*This service is charged separately.
- Can I change my subscription plan later?
Yes, you can switch between the 6-Months and 12-Months plans at any time. Just reach out to me, and I’ll help adjust your subscription to fit your current needs.
- Is this service really personal, even though it’s virtual?
Absolutely! Each recommendation and outfit is personally curated for you. I consider your individual style preferences, and lifestyle to ensure everything feels as tailored as it would during in-person sessions. You’ll also have direct access to me for any questions or feedback, and you are able to comment on the outfits on the app.
- What if I need to pause or cancel my subscription?
Unfortunately, due to the exclusive enrolment set up and limited spaces available, I am unable to offer a “pause policy” on your membership. You are welcome to join the 1-month trial period to see if this membership is a good fit for you. After that your membership is paid upfront for either 6 or 12 months and I am confident you will love it just as much as my members do. You can cancel at anytime but no refunds will be issued for the remainder of your membership. Access will stop when it has ran its course. - Can I just download the app on the APP store myself?
No! This is unique concept to Styling You Confident! The only way to get access to this app is through my membership.
- What if I don’t own an iPhone?
That’s absolutely fine! The app works for both IOS and Android systems.
- I don’t live in UK, can I still join the membership?
Absolutely! One of the main reasons I set up this membership was just so I could continue to offer styling support remotely to those that can’t always meet me in-person. I do all the work while you sleep and you can join from anywhere worldwide.
